The finished product!
It was made for St Patrick's Day so, yes, it is green!
Using the new fangled mold by Pampered Chef!
Once you take the mold out the cake looks like a bulls eye
Here the three layers cool off before assembling the cake.Grandma used precision as she made the mold from wax paper. Each of the smaller circles and larger circles needed to be the same size so that they would line up correctly once assembled.
The finished product (with cream cheese icing...mmmm!)
