October - part 1

October was a very busy month. We were able to host several Resident Assitants on their nights off, my small group, and girls from the dorm. Here are a few pictures showing some guests...

My small group

One night the door bell rang. My roommate and I wondered who it could be...? It turns out that several of the girls from Palmgarten ,the dorm from down the street, were on a walk and stopped by for an impromptu serenade! Just as the doorbell rang the timer for the banana chocolate chip bread went off. Talk about good timing!

Here are pictures of a different goup of girls that sang Christmas carols to us! We didn't have any banana bread on hand, but gave them some hot chocolate instead. :)

Two RAs came over on their night off for a relaxing dinner

The girls from my Bible Study. My Bible study rotates homes each week. We enjoyed a potato bar for dinner. Each of the girls brought toppings for the potatoes.

As you can tell we have a lot of people over! Although the apartment is not huge, I enjoy opening it up to anyone who needs a place to go for relaxation, food, and warm beverages!
