September in Pictures
A couple weekends ago I stayed at Palmgarten (the girls dorm just down the street from my apartment) for the weekend. The seniors were preparing to go on their class trip to Rome. Each dorm was asked to bake some cookies. We made over 200 cookies Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies (the vanilla extract was substituted by maple by accident...some mistakes turn out!)

Now I could use an oven like that one! Well, on the other hand, your dad and I couldn't handle all the baked goods....like Josh Winnes said about too many chocolate chip cookies, "They feel good in the mouth, but not in the stomach!"
The cow fields are "gemutlich" in the autumn----unlike the spring, if you know what I mean...(you don't want to know)...better stick to imagining the wonderful smell of the chocolate chip cookies!
