Yesterday the Discovery department went through a Program of Excellence reaccreditation through the National Institute for Learning Development. It was quite intense. We had meetings all day and I was observed (partially for the POE, but also for taking Level III training this summer).

I think one of the main things I notice here, as an aside, is that you're a LOT taller than I remember you back in my senior year!
